Responsive Custom 455 Face Thin, strong, forgiveness-enhancing cold-rolled Custom 455 stainless steel is used in the clubface of the SasQuatch Fairway Metals. In addition to the material’s responsiveness, it saves 11 grams of weight (vs. 17-4 stainless steel) and allows for greater perimeter weighting, resulting in a great MOI and more resistance to twisting.
